This Refund Policy applies to all product purchases made via everandvinellc.com.

  1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after you receive your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, in resalable condition. Custom-made, clearance, or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.

  1. Defective or Damaged Items

If goods arrive damaged, broken, or with manufacturing defects, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos/videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will arrange replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.

  2. Email our support team to submit a return request.
  3. Wait for our pre-approval and return authorization number. Do not send items back without authorization.
  4. Ship the product back using the approved shipping method.
    For non-defective returns: The customer covers return shipping cost. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Bank processing delays may apply and are outside our control.

  • Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, accident, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will be rejected.
